To support your expansion, the following key infrastructure works at DI are planned and developed phase-wise.

Roads

The construction of a 10 kilometers spine road linking the city from North to South, from the Emirates Road to the Dubai Outer Bypass Road, offers easy access to vehicles and trucks across the entire city. The spine road is a dual carriage way, each comprising four lanes on each side. Collector roads as well as local roads in the project have been largely completed.

Electrical Network

With close collaboration with Dubai Electricity and Water Authority – DEWA, electrical power is supplied by 4 different 132 KVA substations. A total of 800 MW is readily available to fulfill demand from all planned industrial projects.

Sewage Network

To cater to the city’s requirements, work on two Temporary Sewage Treatment Plants (TSTPs) has been completed. The first TSTP plant with a 1600 cubic meters capacity serves the Labor Accommodation of Phase 1 and the second STP with 600 cubic meters capacity is intended to serve DI office buildings.

Water Network

Availability of water is one of the most important factors in any development. Construction of a water network has been completed and is expected to be connected to DEWA.

Telecommunication System

Telecom services are provided by a state of the art fiber optic cable network throughout the city, which supports high speed internet service.

Storm Water Drainage Network

A robust storm water drainage network has been planned to be constructed to keep DI free from water residues during the rainy season.
